Ankur Shrivastava

Chairman & Managing Director - Hitokti Group Companies

An Electronics and Telecom Engineer with an MBA in Finance. An alumni of Coventry University (UK) and BIT (India). Ankur has about 25+ yrs of proven experiences in various management capacities with large business houses of India.

He has been on the forefront of the global restructuring of large and medium corporate houses to achieve their objectives during unprecedented pandemic phase that disrupted global supply chains forever. Turning around corporates through innovative processes, viability assessment, robust tech platform and financing options, he has gained appreciation for global corner offices. A visionary and strategy professional, strongly believes that convergent thinking of business and technology is the key towards profitability in the future.

Ritu Chandel

Director - Corporate Affairs - Hitokti Group Companies

An IIT Bombay alumni, with her global career in banking sector ranging from Citigroup, BNP, ING and Kotak. She has been at the forefront of evolution of core banking platform, Payment and settlement systems at multinational levels.

With over 25 years of experience in leading bank's product divisions, her ability to comprehend finer things and their long term impact has benefited Hitokti Group many a times. Her ability to advise solutions without impacting the objective, has proven to very useful to Hitokti since inception.

Diego Pesciatini

Director - Legal & Regulatory Affairs - Hitokti Industries GmBH

A law graduate from the University of Brescia, Italy, He has about 20+ years of rich and varied experience in corporate legal transactions such as M&A, Asset procurements, cross border establishments etc. He is an Expert in European & MENA regulatory framework and business facilitations in the region.

Diego is currently based in Zurich and is a Managing Director of Amicorp Switzerland AG, global leader in management and administration services operating in more than 30 countries around the world. As a resident Director of Hitokti Industries, he is leading the legal & administrative division of the company and is playing a critical role in integrating the various group entities into a single core company.

Dr. Shanti Bhutshan Tripathi

Director - International liason - Hitokti Global Limited

A scientist by education, with over 25+ yrs of extensive experience at CTO and similar leading roles in African, Middle-east and Caribbean islands. Dr. Shanti is a panacea to all unique problem related to telecom and technology sector.

He comes on board with a strong knowledge on telecom and IoT based device designs and converged solution for the future. He believes that user experience is a hard bundling of hardware, software and services. It is this combination that can bring a sustainable success to any organization.

Anuj Kumar

Director - Chief Operating Officer - Centectra Solutions Pvt Ltd, a Hitokti Group Company

With around 38+ years of experience encompassing Indian Railway Services, IT and Telecom sectors, he believes in creating technology solutions ahead of their times has been a key forte during his three decades of Technocratic career spanning government, public sector, multinationals and large business houses.

His unique skills of technology led innovations clubbed with the right management strategy and business development can create a significant value in the market for a sustained period. As a COO of Centectra (India), he is geared to creating innovative value in the next wave of tech revolution.
